Service Description
Practice at your pace. Honor the tradition. Mysore is the traditional way of learning Ashtanga Yoga — a self-paced, self-led practice within a supportive group setting. The room opens with the opening chant at 6:00 a.m. and closes with the closing chant at 8:00 a.m. In between, you may arrive, begin, and complete your practice at the time and pace that works for you. Ashtanga follows a set sequence learned progressively over time, making it ideal for this style of teaching. Whether you are brand new or deeply established in the series, you’ll receive individualized guidance, hands-on support, and instruction tailored to your level as I move throughout the room. This is a focused, meditative morning container — steady breath, consistent sequence, personal growth — rooted in discipline, devotion, and daily practice.
